Endurance Athletes have enhanced performance with NADH

Olympians take NADH for muscular endurance exercises, aerobic endurance training, it is the sports nutrition for endurance athletes and athlete endurance

Ordinary people want to perform extraordinary sporting events. They want to have endurance in their athletics. Now they can. Olympic athletes take NADH to improve their endurance, stamina, and performance scores. NADH is not a drug. It is not a stimulant. NADH has been approved for athletes by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It is Mother Nature’s way to improve muscle endurance, stamina, and performance.

The more NADH a cell has the more ATP energy the cell produces. Dr. Birkmayer says "an athlete could consume anywhere from 5mg to 20mg of NADH daily, and athletic endurance will improve." The Olympic athletes and other Endurance Athletes in the videos below take 20 mg of NADH daily.

Energy for High Performing Endurance Athletes

Every living cell within the human body creates energy. The energy creation process takes place in a cell's mitochondria and is called "cellular respiration." The bloodstream delivers to each cell the required fuel (glucose) and air (oxygen) needed to create energy. But glucose and oxygen alone are not enough. The combination also requires the spark of NADH to create ATP (life's energy.) ATP energy is used to power all living functions, like brain cells to think and recall memory, heart cells to beat, and muscles to move and perform. The cell's mitochondria work a lot like a car engine, combining fuel, air and with a spark -- creates ATP power (life's energy). This power is used by everything within the human body. Just like the power created by a car engine is used by everything within the car. At the end of the respiration process, water and carbon dioxide are waste products.

IN: Glucose & Oxygen ---- Energy Created --- OUT: Water & Carbon Dioxide

Oxygen and glucose goes in The cell produces energy carbon dioxide and water is the output

NADH puts it all together and creates the ATP energy

ATP Energy: Used to Power All Living Functions
The biological term for NADH is "coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH)." NADH is the co-enzyme that is critical to the production of ATP, human energy. As stated, energy to power all living functions. Brain cells use the most cellular energy. The heart cells use the second-highest amount of ATP energy. Third on the list are muscles which also use a lot of ATP. It is no coincidence that these cells hold the highest concentrations of NADH. For example, human heart tissue contains 90 mcg of NADH per gram of heart cell tissue. (That is an enormous amount.)
Clinical testing has shown that Athletes with higher concentrations of NADH in their muscle cells enables the athlete to have increased endurance and stamina. After taking the NADH, their performance is higher than their best scores without NADH. Many NADH customers are both professional and amateur endurance athletes. NADH customers include Olympic athletes, professional sports teams, professional and amateur triathletes, marathon runners, and bicyclists. But most important of all, NADH customers are regular people going to the gym, or are kids playing sports in high school or grade school.

Clinical testing has proven the higher volumes of cellular NADH provides higher volumes of cellular ATP. It is the higher levels of ATP that provide the incredible athletic benefits to an athlete’s muscles. (For more information about ATP, see this website’s section called ATP Energy)

In summary, Energy is constantly flowing within each cell throughout the human body. Muscles need ATP energy to function. Cells with NADH make more ATP energy available. What could be easier than taking a tablet or lozenge and have more energy? Muscles in your body could use this newfound source of ATP (physical human energy). Each muscle cell is re-energized one cell at a time. \

Is Your Diet Supplying a Sufficient Level of NADH?

We are all born with a lot of NADH. Kids have an enormous amount of energy (NADH). As each of us grows older, our body’s NADH levels become depleted. NADH is replenished with the right diet. Like most vitamins and nutritional supplements, NADH is not produced by the human body. It must be obtained from your diet.
Endurance athletes want to supply more ATP to their muscles. More ATP will have an athlete perform better. Taking a daily NADH supplement is the easiest and most effective way to increase cellular levels of ATP. Higher levels of cellular NADH provide higher levels of muscle cell ATP. Endurance athletes (Olympic athletes) train almost 24 hrs a day. Every waking hour of their day, they are in training. They workout; they watch what they eat; they consume an energy enriching-diet; monitor how much they sleep, and so much more. They do this to gain even the slightest edge over their competition. Clinical testing has found that the Olympic athletes tested before taking NADH and then tested after taking NADH have better performance scores (after taking NADH). Even in the healthiest of athletes, NADH must be depleted in their athletic bodies or their performance scores could not increase.

When cellular NADH declines, cellular energy production also declines. With an NADH nutritional supplement, depleted NADH molecules are immediately replaced. With each new working NADH molecule, cellular energy production increases. For more information about Mother Nature’s production of NADH, see this website’s section called The Guided Tour

NADH is not a drug, not a stimulant (like caffeine) and non-toxic even in large dosages. NADH was tested for 26 weeks at 1,000mg daily and no negative side effects where observed. Because NADH is already found within every human cell, NADH can safely be taken with any other medication or medical treatment. After extensive safety testing, it was proven NADH does not have any negative side effects and no adverse drug interactions. See this website’s section called Safety First for more information.

With this knowledge it stands to reason, taking an NADH daily supplement will increase an endurance athlete’s muscle performance. Use only the NADH created by Dr. Birkmayer because it is the ONLY stabilized NADH available (See this website's section called Let the Buyer Beware) The same NADH discussed on this page is available from this website and other high-quality nutritional supplement stores. If the athlete doesn't experience the positive effects while taking the NADH supplements -- don't worry. Because you bought the NADH from us, at The NADH Store, we will refund your money in full (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase -- no questions asked. There is no risk in trying the NADH you bought from The NADH Store.
When NADH is replenished in the athlete’s cells, the amount of ATP increases as well. When ATP levels increase, the enhanced endurance, performance, and stamina benefits are wonderful. The positive physical (and mental) effects will vary depending on the user, and how much NADH is needed. Most feel a difference within the first few days. Some feel the positive effects after 18 days (taking 5mg a day.) Individual results vary. In all cases, the more NADH muscle cells have, an athlete's endurance, stamina and performance will increase. Guaranteed!

How Safe is NADH?
Testing proves very safe.

Yes! NADH is already found within every living cell in the human body.
Clinical testing and 30 years of consumers taking a daily NADH has proven NADH can be safely taken with all other drugs, medications, special diets, vitamins, treatments, etc.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare professional when taking any nutritional substance. When discussing NADH with your Doctor, tell them to remember NADH already exists in every cell of your body, creating ATP, the energy used to power all living things (i.e., thought, memory, muscle movement, heartbeats, etc.).
